How and why is it difficult for women to climb the stairs of career?

First reason is they don’t know how to play the game whose rules are framed by opposite sex.

Second reason When women plays the game by the rules framed by men to reach up she eventually becomes a man and looses her touch as a women. Now you guys don’t point me to some one and show how they are managing work and family. They are exceptions and here I am talking in a generic fashion.

This basic difference is being accumulated in our society because of the taboos we have our gender. We separate kids in their childhood. From then, women play by different rules in their own world. While men play the game in their own world in a different fashion. The roots of difference are from here. And also from our ancestors, where women used to take care while men used to hunt. Both became specialists in their own fields, and creating a void between these two genders.

When women play they abide to the rule that they always play together if one gets hurt, among them then they will stop the play and help the other player recover then only proceed. On the contrary men will never stop they will find a replacement and move ahead. Both strategies are good but the best one evolves only when they both mix together.

A woman playing the man’s rule scares all the men as men never saw women in such a way. So they fear her and maintain some distance with her to avoid their ego getting crushed. While a man playing by the woman’s rules makes him look vulnerable in the male community and also in the female.

We are programmed so badly that, Men used to hunt so men are supposed to make more money than woman and this rule is supported by women as well. And women are expected top drop their careers for family while Man still hunts and even if his hunting skills are poor she still have to leave the career for family. And this is again accepted by both men and women.

And in this current world woman empowerment doesn’t mean woman playing the men’s game by their rules but woman playing the games in their own fashion learning which they were brought up. Either male or female dominated society both will succumb to it’s own flaws. So, to avoid that both male and female should play with a set of rules which is a mix of both attitudes. Which is helpful for both of them and the world.

Let us cut the crap that woman empowerment means she should also behave as men to survive this world. It means her sensibility and men’s thoughtfulness both should go hand in hand for a better future.
