Whats the orignal funda behind this car film rule?

 Crime rate is a joke because it didn’t work out in their past such experiments. Then why?

             The only reason behind this is if you remove the car film, you need more air conditioning to cool the same which means more fuel consumption. For a single car a redcution of 2 to 3 kms per liter may not sound much. This will push you to buy more fuel. When thousand such cars buy one more liter every time when they refill, government gets more money. If crore cars do the same, imagine the money governmetn is going to make.

 So, protest this insane rule…
