Stop using Shampoos containing Sodium Lauryl Sulphate……

Last weekend I have been driving a lot on the roads, and just before stepping out I just take bath and run out so that I can keep myself fresh and I love my curly hair so will bath for long time.. With a normal typical customer’s mind set I got a costly L’oreal shampoo thinking that my hair will be strong and good. It also said that it will protect from UV and falling…

Now, that I have got this shampoo my hair didn’t improve it’s glow and started getting fragile and when ever I bath my eyes used to burn for around 3 to 4 hrs even after continuing splashing of water and cleaning the face… it was recurring… and I thought that it might be due to summer… then today I just got a mail regarding shampoos after doing enough research…. I started writing this mail… In US they loose air because of these contents.. Usually they use Sodium lauryl sulpahte or ammonium lauryl sulphate or ammonium chloride they all are used to clean toilets and tiles.. if we use them the our hail will loose it’s strength and start falling check out the PH graphs captured from the blogspot http://www.killerstrands.blogspot.com/.

This is the combination of elements in our hair…. So… just keep an eye them.. you don’t have to remember all these but just for knowledge. Know what to avoid,…

So, next time when you are going to buy a shampoo know the contents in it. High cost won’t get you high quality.

Few tips:

Blot - don't rub don't rough up your hair with a towel or you'll ruffle the hair cuticles that need to lie flat for a shiny finish. Remember, wet hair is weak hair so fold the towel over it when you're finished. never twist it up turban style . . .gentle – gentle…

rinse and rinse again ... you can never rinse your hair too much, many make the mistake of not rinsing the shampoo cleanly out of the hair, which makes for dull - drab hair…
